Appointment Guidelines
Rescheduling
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be applied toward a future service, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
We completely understand that things come up! However, if an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, the full service amount will be required to book again.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service charge.
Same day cancellations are a 100% service charge.
No-Shows
If an appointment is missed without notice, the scheduled service fee will be charged in full (100% of the service price).
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. This helps ensure appointments stay on schedule. Please note that late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delays for other clients.
Intake Forms
When booking an intake form will be sent and must be completed 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. This form allows us to review important information such as allergies, medications, health history, and any possible contraindications so we can safely customize your service.
By completing and submitting your intake form, you also confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed on our website and booking platform.
